The Community Barrel Program: EI8HT VODKA’s Vision for Shared Ownership

EI8HT VODKA’s Community Barrel Program reflects our steadfast dedication to fostering a collaborative and inclusive approach to the future of artisanal spirits. This innovative initiative transcends traditional consumer relationships, inviting our community to become co-owners in the craft of premium vodka production.

As part of this program, EI8HT VODKA barrels are transformed into co-owned revenue-generating Real World Assets (RWAs). Each barrel is tokenized into 100 (1%) ownership revenue Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), enabling participants to hold a 1% share in the revenue generated by the vodka crafted from that specific barrel.

Revenue Sharing Model
Profits generated from the sales of vodka, after deducting production and operational costs, are distributed monthly to NFT holders via designated wallets in $EI8HT tokens. This model ensures that every co-owner benefits from the success of EI8HT VODKA’s production process while fostering a sense of collective achievement and participation.

Accessible on the Marketplace
Community Barrel NFTs are available for purchase exclusively on the Yumi marketplace. To ensure security and compliance, all participants must complete a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

Clarification of Ownership
It’s important to note that owning all 100 NFTs in a barrel collection does not equate to owning the physical barrel. Instead, it represents a proportional share in the revenue generated by the vodka crafted from the barrel. This distinction allows participants to enjoy financial benefits without the complexities of physical ownership. Any transfer of physical barrel ownership is governed by fully executed agreements, such as exclusive buy-to-own contracts.
